We would welcome your ideas and recommendations on software workflows and commit to review them at length and determine the feasibility of including the same in the platform. Also, do note that once we decide to implement your idea in the platform, it comes with no additional charge to you.

Subscription / license fee is charged on monthly basis and users can purchase licenses for as many months as required. Subscription / license provides you access to POS, All Web Applications, and unlimited transactions messages (WhatsApp and SMS).

In our endeavor to ensure fairness, transparency, and parity to all our salon partners, we insist on keeping our subscription fee a constant. However, your decision to purchase subscription fee for a longer duration will automatically introduce savings on your total invoice.

No, there are no installation or startup charges.

No. We do not believe in any hidden or surprise costs. Once you have purchased the licenses, then there are no additional costs except for promotional campaigns.

The only other potential charges could be associated to promotional campaigns you decide to undertake using pre-defined text templates and audience definitions. The decision to execute these campaigns lies with you and you will be billed in a transparent manner on the same. There are no other hidden or surprise charges.

No, once our technology and UI experts agree to include a customization or software development request in the platform, it is provided as a part of the platform at no extra charge to the salon partners.

As a first step, we invite you to contact us from the “Connect” section on this website. Once we have setup the platform and you are live, the platform will automatically give you 7 day grace period to learn and start invoicing in your center. At the end of this week, you can purchase licenses using the automatic payment workflow in the platform itself. You can pay using any debit / credit cards, UPI, Wallets, and any other generic payment methods.
